Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and it is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

We understand it's frustrating when a carrier has marked your order as delivered and you still haven't received it. We ask that you please allow the shipping carrier a window of 3-5 business days after the order was marked as delivered for it to arrive, as it's not uncommon for there to be a delay in this process.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging—we do not accept returns of used or tested items.
You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus a $5 handling fee to cover restocking. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

Product Questions
Unfortunately, because our products are natural, crystallization can sometimes occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This is more likely to happen if the spray hasn’t been stored at room temperature or hasn’t been used for some time.
To resolve this, simply remove the pump from the bottle and run it under warm water for a few minutes. While doing this, press down on the pump repeatedly to help clear the blockage.

The most important thing to remember is that this is not an allergic reaction to magnesium, as magnesium is naturally present in the body and essential for good health. In fact, this tingling sensation may indicate low cellular magnesium levels.
The sensation occurs because magnesium, a large molecule, is being rapidly absorbed through the epidermis. The amount applied to one area can also influence this reaction. Avoid applying to broken skin, as this may intensify the sensation.

Upon opening, please consult the POA (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging or container, which indicates the product's lifespan following its initial use.
