Shipping policy

We currently ship to the US and Canada.


U.S.A. ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5-8 DAYS)
All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $100 USD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $12.99 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-5 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges.These charges are set by customs authorities and it is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

CANADIAN ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5-8 DAYS)
All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $100 CAD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $12.99 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

 

All claims related to missing items must be reported within 30 days of the order date. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon delivery. Any issues identified after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

 

For damaged items, please inspect your order within 10 days of delivery and report any issues promptly. This allows us to address your concerns efficiently and ensures that you receive the necessary assistance. Claims for damaged items reported after the 10-day period may not be eligible for resolution.
